Our experience was dismal to say the least. Barely anything on my super bird sandwich and for that price!?!!? Then the kicker was our server was terrible and had the worst attitude. Oh and someone that was with me almost didn't get her food after we had all sat there for an hour without getting our food too. When her food came out it was uncooked. She started feeling sick before we even left. I can't think of anything good to say about this place except the manager seemed apologetic. They were expecting my friend to still pay for that awful experience too. Geez it can't get much worse than this. Will NOT come back. And recommend you stay far far away.

Let me preface this review with the fact that I worked at Denny's from 2000-2003, this is the worst experience I've had at a Denny's location. A combination of lousy service and a cook that acted like he was just ending a 12-hour shift after coming off a hangover. Party of 9 at 9:30 PM, three servers on the floor and about five tables seated in the restaurant. We waited five minutes to be seated and 25 minutes to get drink and meal order. As we waiting for food for 50 minutes, no refills were given until we flagged down a different waitress. All but two of us got our food, the food received was sloppy and poorly made. We had a Cali Club with the wrong ingredients and sketchy looking avocado and the smallest Superbird ever made. My double cheeseburger was so greasy, the bottom of the bun had disintegrated into a brown goo by the time it arrived. The other two members of our party waited an additional 20 minutes for there food, only receiving after literally going to the kitchen to find their food. Once it arrived it was semi-cold and barely cooked. The skillet my sister received had vegetables that were not only undercooked but UNCOOKED. Needless to say, this will be the last visit to this location. It was so bad it soured the Denny's brand as a whole in my eyes.

There were ants on the window inside. The bacon was like rubber. The bread had green spots and the hash browns weren't cooked. The waiters was great though.

Really cool look from the outside ( 50's diner ) but do yourself a favor and drive on by!!!!! Service was very slow and the place was less than half full, I waited forever to get my food and when it finally came it was burnt!!!! While waiting I noticed several people also waiting a long time to get they're food and a couple next to me get the wrong meal twice. As I looked around I noticed a lot of dirty table's and food on the floor, maybe I got there after a big rush? When I was leaving I got a quick glance of the kitchen, only one word to describe it " NASTY "!!!!

Same as other review, decent food. Waitress was very friendly and attentive. Convenient location off the freeway. Produce market across the parking lot so you can buy some healthy snakes for the road.

Heading back from Charlotte to Atlanta pretty late, we needed a place that could give us cups upon cups of coffee if so needed. My friend had never been to a Denny's either so it felt only right that we stop. I hadn't been to Denny's in two years, after it was a stop on a road trip and it was not very nice on my stomach...and before that I can't even tell you when I was in one. But they've changed some stuff and I wouldn't mind coming to one every so often if they existed anywhere near where I live. This one has this whole ridiculous fake diner thing going on outside, and inside it seemed to either be decorated for middle of nowhere South Carolina patriotism, or they forgot it was August and still didn't feel like taking their Fourth of July decorations down. It took a bit of time to get all our food and drinks and our server somehow forgot who ordered what despite it not being that busy, given it was 11pm, but I give him props for letting me skip the line to pay at the front in order to pay in secrecy while my friend was in the bathroom. So the coffee was abundant and didn't help anyway because we probably should have been drinking coffee far earlier. It wasn't bad at all though even by itself. I had the most amazing chain restaurant burger I think I've had lately though. From the description, I was kind of expecting an open faced burger served on hashbrowns, but that was not it and I kind of regret saying okay to hash browns as a side given they were on the burger. Also on the burger? bacon, an egg cooked to my liking (I had it fried...but it was a bit too cooked which is always sad, but then again this is a diner chain what do I expect), and queso. It was so good, and so greasy, and of course it made my stomach hurt, but I would eat it again and again. So, thank you, Denny's at the exit that is seemingly becoming my stop to eat when I go to/from North Carolina. I will now seek you out. Also it helps that I find their social media use absolutely incredible, I want that job. I have told people it is my dream job to be paid to tweet such ridiculous things.

This is a pretty nice Denny's located just off 85, on Highway 9 near Boiling Springs. Fairly easy to get to. The "classic diner" feel makes this Denny's really inviting. The food and service is typical Denny's. But our server "Nate" (tall, thin guy) was awesome when we ate here for a late lunch on 2/22/15. He was apologetic, forgiving, and ensured our orders were correct. I had what is one of the most death-feeling items you will ever consume--the "Bacon Slamburger". This is a burger topped with bacon, an egg (you can get it cooked how you want), hash browns and queso pepper-jack cheese (you can substitute the cheese). Be prepared to feel like complete crap if you get this burger! It is not healthy for you!! It should only be a once-a-while thing... Try this Denny's on a less-busy day, and if you want to eat 'til you're stuffed, get the Bacon Slamburger!! It's out of this world!

Is there a way to get a no start. this place is awful it take them for ever to clean tables to sit people and if you are not white they will keep pushing you back on the line, it takes them for ever to get your food and drinks the waiter is in such a rush that it she is just rushing you to order. don't really recommended
